RUSSET POTATO PIZZA CRUST with beef, blue cheese, and caramelized onions
Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 Russet Potato Pizza Crust
- 1 cup caramelized onions
- 1/3 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 3 tablespoons chopped walnuts
- 3-4 ounces of cooked steak, rare
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary leaves
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Place the pizza crust on a 14-inch pizza tray that has been lightly brushed with olive oil.
- Lay the caramelized onions evenly over the crust. Sprinkle on the blue cheese and walnuts. Cut the steak into 2-inch pieces and lay them on top.
- Bake on the bottom rack of the oven for 5-7 minutes or until toppings are heated through. Top with fresh rosemary leaves.
