  • 1/3 cup (3 ounces) tahini
  • 1/3 cup (3 ounces) plain, whole milk, full fat Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • Pinch of pepper
