Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We fulfill orders within 5 to 7 business days of ordering. All orders are shipped in the order they are received.
We primarily use UPS and the US Postal Service to ship domestic orders.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We sincerely hope that you won’t need to return the Kooky Pizza Kit, but the following is our return/exchange policy just in case:
• Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
• Returns will be accepted within 30 days of the delivery confirmation date.
• All return packages should be insured. There will be no refunds on items damaged during shipping. You must file a claim with the carrier.
• We do not refund or reimburse shipping fees.
• You’ll receive a refund within 3–10 business days of receipt of your item.
• You will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
• If an item arrived at your destination already damaged, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.

How to return an item:
Please email us at info@KookyPizza.com to detail the reason for the return and obtain a return/exchange authorization.
We will confirm receipt of your return. We do not reimburse shipping costs.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Should you change your mind about your order and wish to cancel it, please email us at info@KookyPizza.com within 3 days of purchase. We will initiate the cancellation and issue a refund.
