GREEK YOGURT PIZZA CRUST with chicken Caesar salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Greek Yogurt Pizza Crust
  • 4 cups loosely packed romaine lettuce leaves cut into 1-2 inch pieces, about 4 ounces
  • 8-10 grape or cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, diced or shredded, about 4 ounces
  • ¼ cup Caesar salad dressing
  • Shaved Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • Place the pizza crust on a 14-inch pizza tray.
  • While the crust is heating up, make the Caesar salad. In a bowl combine the lettuce, tomatoes, and chicken. Pour over the dressing and toss to thoroughly coat the lettuce.
  • Top the pizza crust with the chicken Caesar salad and sprinkle on some shaved Parmesan cheese if desired.
